Studio Spaces
Maxwell Giffen Photography offers studio sessions at Mint Room Studios, Dove Photography Studio, Icon Studio Space, Studio by House, and Mild Studios. You may select one of the sets below for your session.
Mint Room Studio
Mint Room Studios offers 11 different studios at two different locations:
Mint Room Studios, 300 Campbell Ave. (first eight studios listed)
Preto Loft, 213 Sterling Rd. (last three studios listed)
Each separate set has a one hour minimum. If you are wanting to use two different sets you will have to book a second hour for an additional $175 (includes the studio rental cost, and my time for the additional hour)
Both Mint Room locations have two changing areas available, as well as a make-up station. Both locations are only accessible via stairs.

Between January 31st-June 3rd Mint Room's Solarium
will have this special installation.
The set includes:
-floating white flower arrangement
-billowing fabrics
-candles decorated with bows
Between May 15th-July 15th Mint Room's East Side
will have this special installation.
The set includes:
-an archway wall adorned with blooming roses
-artistic floral arrangements encircling a white sofa
Between March 27th-May 27th Mint Room's Salon
will have this special installation.
The set includes:
-a hanging arch made of flowers and greenery
-floor flower arrangements
-modern white love seat

Dove Photography Studio
Dove Photography Studio is located at 1377 The Queensway, Etobicoke
This location is only accessible via stairs

Icon Studio Space
Icon Studio Space offers three studio spaces is at 142 St Helens Ave., Toronto
Each separate set has a one hour minimum. If you are wanting to use two different sets you will have to book a second hour for an additional $175 (includes the studio rental cost, and my time for the additional hour)

Studio by House
Studio by House offers 2 different studios at 1585 Britannia Rd. E., Mississauga.
This studio has a 2 hour minimum and is therefore an additional cost.
Each studio is booked separately. You cannot use both studios unless you book 2 hours in one, and 2 hours in the other.

Mild Studios
Mild Studios is located at:
9 Davies Ave Unit 201A, Toronto, ON M4M 1G3
This studio has a 2 hour minimum and is therefore an additional cost of $140.
The studio is 2000 square feet with 13 foot ceilings and a white cyclorama wall. With lighting the wall can appear white, grey, or black. Studio also includes seating, makeup station, changing area, clothing racks, two white posing blocks and professional studio lighting.
