Studio Spaces
Maxwell Giffen Photography offers studio sessions at Mint Room Studios, Everyday Joy Studio, Studio by House, and Mild Studios. You may select one of the sets below for your session.
Mint Room Studio
Mint Room Studios offers 11 different studios at two different locations:
Mint Room Studios, 300 Campbell Ave. (first eight studios listed)
Preto Loft, 213 Sterling Rd. (last three studios listed)
Each seperate set has a one hour minimum. If you are wanting to use two different sets you will have to book a second hour for an additional $175 (includes the studio rental cost, and my time for the additional hour)
Both Mint Room locations have two changing areas available, as well as a make-up station. Both locations are only accessible via stairs.

*CHRISTMAS SETS*
Mint Room's sets will be adorned in Christmas decor from September-January.
The Christmas sets take up most of the Lounge, Nest, White Loft, Salon, and East Side. If you are looking for a set that you'll be able to take non-Christmas themed photos on, the Solarium, Conservatory and Sanctuary are the best.

Everyday Joy Studio
Everyday Joy Studio is located at 331 Queen St. E., Toronto.
This studio is only accessible via stairs.

Studio by House
Studio by House offers 2 different studios at 1585 Britannia Rd. E., Mississauga.
This studio has a 2 hour minimum and is therefore an additional cost.
Each studio is booked separately. You cannot use both studios unless you book 2 hours in one, and 2 hours in the other.

Mild Studios
Mild Studios is located at:
9 Davies Ave Unit 201A, Toronto, ON M4M 1G3
This studio has a 2 hour minimum and is therefore an additional cost.
The studio is 2000 square feet with 13 foot ceilings and a white cyclorama wall. With lighting the wall can appear white, grey, or black. Studio also includes seating, makeup station, changing area, clothing racks, two white posing blocks and professional studio lighting.
